Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy XIII...

... means "the New Tale of the Crystal Final Fantasy XIII" and is the new Final Fantasy series.

This are new Final Fantasy game(s) for the PS3 (and unfortunatley the Xbox 360) and the PSP/cell phones. At the time being there are three games coming out in this series - Final Fantasy XIII (PS3 and X360), Final Fantasy Versus XIII (PS3) and Final Fantasy Agito XIII (PSP and Cell Phones).

I was gonna do a really huge fucking article about this. Then I figured - fuck it. I'll just post some pics and write what I know. Enjoy!

FINAL FANTASY XIII:




So, these are pictures of a female character of Final Fantasy XIII. She is the main character and she's called "Lightning". She is supposed to be suffering from memory loss and is a real bitch, she never smiles when meeting new people and she's always straightforward and mostly rude. She lives in the flying city of Cocoon. Cocoon is at war with Pulse, and Lightning is in (possibly leading) the group that is to stop the invasion from Pulse. The story is way to complex to explain on a blog, you should buy the game when it gets here.




This guy (which I like to call Afro) is named "Sazh Katzroy". There isn't really too much information about him. He looks quite random actually. I guess the little bird is a Chocobo baby or something that is his companion. He is also supposed to be playable from the start of the game - maybe he is Lightnings "friend" or "mentor" or something? Exciting.




This fella was named "33 cm" at first, at least outside Japan. The reason for this was that in an interview with one of the people at Square Enix it was mention 33 cm, but no one was sure what it stood for since it was in japanes (my first thought was that his penis was that long). Apperantly it's the size of his feet. He is supposed to be this big motherfucker with the shotgun. He is called Snow in FFXIII, though I doubt that is his real name.




This cute gal is named "Vanille". She is also a character of FFXIII. I don't know much about her though, only thing I think I know is that she uses a bow to kill enemies with. And she's cute.




This cute little fella is known as "Carbuncle". I don't think he has been seen since FFIX. He is a creature that has to be summoned. These creatures has been called a lot of things throuh the history of Final Fantasy, for example Aeons, Summons, Espers, Guardians etc. I call the gods though. This little guy is an expert on "green" or "protective" magic and shields the party with defensive spells.



This fiery guy is known as Ifrit. I think he is one of the gods that have been in most Final Fantasy games. As you might have guessed he is the master of fire spells. I also think he lives in hell, since when you summon him, most of the times he comes out of the ground.



This is Siren, she hasn't been part of too many FF games, last I now about is VIII. She playes on the harp, and my guess is that she silences the enemies (preventing them from using magic).



This is supposed to be the most beautiful of gods. She is the master of ice, and has been around for at least almost as long as Ifrit. Her name is Shiva. In this game though, Square decided to be asses and give her a sister. Together with this sister she becomes a fucking transformer and transform into a motorbike. Way to go Square, if you screw this up, many young boys will lose their favourite god. Shiva has been awesome and beautiful in all FF games. I don't see how transforming her into a bike will maintain that status.













Here are some pictures that show how the UI will look in battle. You can't really get too much out of it, but it doesn't hurt showing it to you. From what I've heard, Lightning fights many battles alone, and not often in a party, but party fights will also be going on in FFXIII.

















Some pictures of the characters together. I have no idea how they know each other or what they do together, and why they do it. I guess that's one of the mysteries we solve when we buy and play the game. Lightning does look like a leader, and Afro looks like a good friend of her. I don't know how she could have friends or lead anything since she has a memory loss though. But as I said, mystery's solved when we buy and play the game.







Some pictures of the landscape, just to show you how good it will look, and how much variety there'll be. Now I know that three pictures isn't enough, but I don't have more at the moment, and I can't be arsed to find more either. So shut up, look at the pictures and go "Nice!". Thank you.

Well, that's Final Fantasy XIII for you. You're probably sick of looking at pictures of Final Fantasy now, and reading my random texts under the pictures, well - guess what? I don't give a fuck, we still have two more games to go!

FINAL FANTASY VERSUS XIII:



This handsome emo looking guy is the main character of Final Fantasy Versus XIII (or at least I think he is). Final Fantasy Versus XIII is not set in the future, nor the past. It's more like a NOW kind of setting to the game. They called this character "The Prince" until they eventually came up with a name for him. His name is Noctis (which means "night" on latin or some shit). Anyway, the setting in this game is more dark than ever, it's all about the darkness in this game.




Now, this lovely lass was named "Skirt" by the audience, before we got to know her real name. The name of this lass is "Stella". Way to use your imagination Square. Well, at least she's hot!



This I guess, is the crew on FF versus XIII. I don't really know the names of anyone else than Noctis and Stella. The guy with the glasses looks awesome. In these pictures the world doesn't look like such a dark place though. There are much less information about FF versus XIII than FFXIII out there. Anyway, it looks cool, and it's this game that is exclusive on the PS3, for now.

Final Fantasy Agito XIII:



This game is for the PSP and Cellphones. I don't really have any information at all. The blonde guy is supposed to be the main character, and he goes to a school. The two people on the picutre above are probably people in your party. This game also has something to do with cards. My guess is that you are a student, and you use cards for magic and stuff. But I have no idea.

EDIT: I got an update, the cards are just the weapon that can be used, so it isn't a card game.



These pictures show some of the landscape in FF Agito XIII. As you see there is a school, but it does look like you can travel outside of the school too. I still don't get the cards though. Hopefully it's just a mini-game, like we had in FFIX.

Now you know what I know (actually, I probably know more, but I won't write much more). A few more pictures and I'm all done.

Guess who's back?

Well, it's about fucking time I wrote something now. I haven't been writing at all since.. March. Oh holy hell, I didn't think it was that long. Anyway, my heart is fine, I've taken a total of two ECG's for as long as I've lived.

I told y'all about the hernia, right? Well, it's gone now, I only have the wound from the surgery now. It feels fucking great to not have that huge lump besides my jewels again. Seriously. And having sex again – it's fucking marvellous!

Reason I haven't written anything since March is that I've been sick. My hernia was hell the last two weeks before surgery, and it was really hell the first few days after the surgery. I had trouble sitting down and getting up, walking stairs was fucking impossible, but worst of all – taking a dump. It felt like someone was pounding on my groin with a fucking sledgehammer! It was awful.

The last week has been quite fun, I've been feeling healthy enough to walk around down town, driving and even taking a few beers and relaxing. Didn't have many visitors though. Understandable since I was a cripple, but bloody hell, I thought I had more than two friends. I don't really give a fuck though, I've had a great time!

Everyone that is supposed to move in to the apartment has moved in to the apartment too (at least almost). I'll post some pictures when we get all settled in.

My gaming archive has expanded like fuck. I'll update that one later too.

In the apartment we now have six PCs, three PS3s, one Wii, one Xbox 360, one PSP, one DS Lite and one GameBoy Colour. We have two 37” HDTV's and one 42” HDTV.

I'm currently searching for a job, in case someone who needs help reads this – I'll do almost anything as long as I get paid enough for it!

Don't think there's much else to say. Me and Irini are still together, better than ever!

Chest pains and what not.

So, the last week's been a real bitch. Seriously. After the surprise party I was at the doctor because of my hernia, and it's definitely hernia. Don't have a date on the operation yet, but I'll keep you posted. I also asked my superior(s) if I could get two weeks off the weeks 18 and 19. I think I'll get them, but I'm not sure yet.

Tuesday I was feeling fine and back at work, Wednesday I got really freaky chest pains and was short on breath and kinda dizzy. I was on my way to work when it happened, so I got a friend to come get me and drive me to the doctors. First I talked to him and explained, he told me to go lie down on the patient bench (or whatever it's called). He started pushing my back really hard, and it kinda hurt. Didn't really help on the chest pains.

I had to fill up four vials with blood (still haven't heard anything about them), and also I had to take an ECG, but my heart was fine. I didn't feel well so I stayed home.

This is an ECG, and that is not me. I am much more handsome.

Today I got chest pains as I was on my way to work again, this time I got all the way to where I work and went to the doctors here. And guess what – I have some kind of infection in my chest, and it hurts like hell. Still does. I got some pills, so we'll see if they help. Also did another ECG today, my heart is still fine.

This picture is pure epic, and it shows my paint skills. It's a picture of me saying "FUCK YOU!" to my alarmclock. It's a true event that happened a couple of weeks ago.

SURPRISE

Gule: This is a place far away from everyone and everything. The land of the Predator Sheep, the land of no opportunities, the land of the fairies. The land where everything that can't happen any other places happens! Gule is the most awesome place on earth (if it in fact is on earth). Not many people has ever heard about this magical place, but people do live there. My father lives there, one of my best friends live there and his girlfriend lives there. This is a true story about events that has happened on Gule.

A couple of weeks ago, I was coming home from work early. Very early in fact. I also got some days off. I think this was on a Wednesday, might have been a Thursday too, fuzzy memory. Anyway, I got a phone call from another good friend of mine. The time was around 7pm. He asked me if I wanted to come to Gule and get drunk. I hesitated 'cause I didn't have too much money at the time. Irini was in London with her mother, so I was kind of alone and bored (I hope my PS3 doesn't read this). Then my good friend (Anders) reminded me that I had lots of alcohol lying around at home, so I figured: “What the hell, why not?”.

I packed one of these bags you can buy so that you don't throw away/burn plastic bags. I got in my car and called a friend of mine I was supposed to meet and told him plan was changed. Then I called this other friend of mine (who's a girl) and asked if she wanted to join me. My phone was fucked though, so I didn't get any information from her. I figured I could just stop by her house on the way, so I did, and I forced her to join me to Gule.

When we got there, the house was empty. We just walked straight in, filled up the refrigerator and began our quest to get drunk. I've actually written this in another post so I'll just skip ahead.

I was out talking to Ida (my friends girlfriend) about some stuff and she asked if I wanted to help her set up a surprise party for Magnus (her boyfriend, but my boy lover (she doesn't know)). It sounded fun and I was drunk so I probably agreed. We spent some time thinking about who to invite, what to do and where to do it. Finally the plan was made.

I went to Gule this Friday to visit my father. He looked like he was doing good considering his condition. I brought some people with me (Irini and Vegard (my girlfriend and another good friend of mine)) too. We met up with Ida and some other people who was helping out and started decorating the locale we had rented for the weekend. We also met up with some friends of Magnus and planed how to kidnap him and bring him to his own party (of course, we couldn't do this without pizza, so we met them at a place that sells pizza).

Saturday came, and one of my drivers got sick unfortunately. So, I had to get in my car, meet up with the other driver an hour away from the party and pick up people, this went well, pulled some e-brakes and drove on some red lights, no biggie. And got the people to the party two hours before Magnus was supposed to arrive. Ida was at his place keeping him busy (I wonder how).

The time came when I was to go on stage and tell people the rules. This went well in my opinion, I like being the centre of attention, and I think I did a good job (of course, nobody will agree, but fuck you).

We got at text message that they where bringing him in in 30 seconds, so we had to be quick and line up. Everyone was quiet. Not a sound was made. Ida struggled like hell to get his blindfold off. Finally we could all yell “SURPRISE” and see the tears in his eyes (damn, I'm going for poetry here). He wasn't too happy to begin with, but after a few beers and a little liquor he was doing fine! We had a most awesome night, and I can't wait to get a hold of the pictures. We had girl on girl action, we had male strippers (I was one of them, I actually started it), we had drinking games and we had music! It turned out to be one of the most awesome nights ever. Ida and Magnus even had this moment where they were all alone on the dance floor, easy music and lights all over them. Damn, that moment even turned me gay for 5 minutes.

The very best part was that Magnus had NO IDEA WHATSOEVER about what was going on.
